Sinks and toilets repaired and fitted.
Waste pipes and drains unblocked.

Get those wobbly shelves sorted
Doors fitted / adjusted to fit
Locks and door furniture fitted
Kitchen units repaired

Electrical

No job too small……even quite happy to change a light bulb.
Replacement of light fittings, switches and sockets to existing positions.
Electric showers changed
Tumble dryers installed, vented or condensing.
Telephone points moved.
Replacement of security lights.
Replacement of extractor fans.

Gardens

No job too small

Quite happy to water your gardens whilst you are on your holidays.

Lawns cut, one off’s or regular maintenance.
Small trees trimmed Fences repaired and installed.
Decking installed and maintained.
Patios and driveways cleaned and re-sanded. Sheds and summer houses (that become sheds) repaired and re felted.
Water butts installed. Gutters cleared.
Outside taps fitted.
Outdoor furniture assembled.
